The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent authorities have paid the compensation to the petitioner, and therefore the cause in the writ petition has been rendered infructuous, as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the respondent authorities. The learned counsel has also endorsed the same on the case bundle. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
