Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that there was mistake in the order dated 27.9.2024 and same has been amended by subsequent order of the District Inspector of Schools on 9.5.2025. Copy of the order dated 9.5.2025 has been provided to learned counsel for petitioner. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel further submits that against the District Inspector of Schools disciplinary proceedings have been recommended. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh challenging the order dated 9.5.2025. 4.
