Case No. 98 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 127(2), 109, 190, 191(2), 191(3) and 76 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Godda. 3. The petitioner and the informant are agnates. There was some dispute with regard to flow of drain water. It is alleged that the petitioner along with his family members came to the house of the informant and assaulted her and her family members. It is specific alleged that the petitioner gave a rod blow on the head of the husband of the informant, due to which he sustained injury. 4. Mrs. Jasvindar Mazumdar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that husband of the informant has sustained simple injury. 5. Mr. Praveen Shankar Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Satish Kumar Munda, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Godda, or his successor, in connection with Mahagama P.S.
