The present Cr.M.P has been filed for extension of time to comply with the order dated 08.07.2025 passed by this Court in CRMP No.2115 of 2025 (Khubi Ram Tamboli vs. Suryakant Singh) whereby, delay was condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.1000/- by the applicant within 15 days before the concerned DLSA and a liberty was also granted to the applicant to prefer an appeal within a period of 45 days. Considering the reasons assigned in the Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to grant a further 21 days time to the applicant to deposit cost of Rs.2000/- instead of Rs.1,000/-, which was imposed earlier vide order dated 08.07.2025, before the concerned DLSA from the date of passing of this order. After furnishing a receipt thereof, the Appeal shall be filed within an outer limit of 30 days from this order. Ordered accordingly. 3.
