Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), by setting aside the order dated 11th March 2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). 5. The Second Appeal (ST) No.17990 of 2023 is restored to the file of this Court, on the condition that, the office objections shall be removed within a period of four weeks from today. 6.
