The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 46(A) of 2012 arising out of Barwadih P.S. Case No. 54 of 2008, for the offence registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar. 3. On 30.08.2008 at about 4:30 pm., 5 to 6 persons committed bus dacoity near Baksamore, Barwadih. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on test identification parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Upendra Ram @ Upendra Bhuiyan has been granted bail by this Court earlier in B.A. No. 2088 of 2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Latehar, in connection with S.T.
