By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction upon the respondents for grant of Grade-I with effect from the date of his joining i.e. 13.4.1989 as well as pay fixation in Grade-II upon completion of 12 years of service in Grade-I w.e.f. 3.5.2002 and all consequential benefits with 12% interest per annum.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that a decision has been taken in favour of the petitioner granting the same grade but the monetary benefit has not yet been granted to him.
4. After hearing the parties and after going through Annexure-2 to the writ petition, I find that the respondents have already granted the grade pay to the petitioner but the monetary benefit has not yet been granted.
5. Thus, I direct the respondent No. 5 i.e. The District Superintendent of Education, Hazaribagh to look into the grievance of the petitioner specially considering Annexure-2 (Memo No. 3002 dated 18.10.2016). If there is no other impediments, the monetary benefit should be extended to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of a copy of this order.
6. If there are some impediments and the petitioner is not entitled for the same, the reason should be communicated the petitioner within the aforesaid period.
7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
disposed of. Anu/-Cp2.
