Ramesh, learned Counsel for the sole Respondent. 2. The present Contempt Case is filed complaining of non-compliance of the Order of this Court dated 03.01.2024 in W.P.No.33648 of 2023. The sole Respondent has filed Counter Affidavit dated 13.12.2024 along with certain documents. 3. Sri V. Ramesh, learned Counsel for the sole Respondent, would submit that the Order of this Court dated 03.01.2024 had been complied with by the Respondent within the time i.e., on 03.02.2024 and the present Contempt Case is mischievous. 4. On perusal of the Order passed by the Respondent dated 03.02.2024, this Court is satisfied that the Respondent has complied with the Order of this Court and therefore, this Contempt Case does not survive. 5. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 6. Needless to state that the Petitioners always have liberty to challenge the Order passed by the Respondent dated 03.02.2024, subject to all just exceptions. 7.
