2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 617 of 2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged on 17.12.2023 by the informant Ramashish Mahto.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition, in view of the fact that in Cr. Misc. No. 89861 of 2024 order dated 05.03.2025 his bail application was rejected.
4. Prayer is allowed. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
