Heard the parties.
2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chas (M) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 221, 132, 324(2), 121(1), 121(2), 125(a), 125(b), 351(2), 352, 111(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Ms. Tabinda Khan, learned Civil Judge (Senior Divisioin)-II-cum- Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro.
3. On 05.09.2025 at about 10:05 A.M., informant came to know that two groups of people variously armed were trying to take possession of the land appertaining to Khata No. 09, Plot No. 2992 at village Kalapathar. The police party reached at the place of occurrence. The accused persons attacked the police parties, causing them injuries.
4. It was submitted that there is general allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Tabinda Khan, learned Civil Judge (Senior Divisioin)-II-cum-Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro or her successor in connection with Chas (M) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025.
