Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that bare perusal of contents of FIR would reveal that the matter relates to [2025:RJ-JP:51403] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-15915/2025] breach of terms of agreement dated 10.04.2024, which was executed between the petitioners and the complainant for which remedy lies before the Civil Court, however, the matter has unnecessarily criminalized by the complainant. He further submits that the petitioners are behind the bars since 18.10.2025 and after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been filed. The offences alleged against the petitioners are triable by Magistrate and trial against the petitioners is likely to take considerably long time. Hence, a prayer has been made to grant bail to the petitioners. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed this bail application. 4. Considered the submissions made at Bar. 5. In view of the fact that the offences alleged against the petitioners are triable by Magistrate as well as after completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been filed and trial against the petitioner is likely to take considerably long time, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail. 6.
