The appellant/defendant has filed the present appeal the judgment and decree dated 28.11.2000 passed by the learned District Judge, Hoshiarpur, whereby the judgment and decree dated 16.7.1999 passed by the Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Hoshiarpur has been reversed.
At the very outset, learned counsel fo that in the present appeal the dispute was between daughter law/appellant and the mother-in-law/respondent. She further submits that the mother-in-law/respondent has since expired and now nothing survives in the present matter. She submits that the present appeal has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
Ordered accordingly.
