The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to release arrears of salary in view of judgment dated 08.02.2024 passed by this Court in Saurabh Kaushik and others vs. Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, Hisar and others, CWP-2244-2017. The petitioners are claiming that respondent has reduced their pay like the petitioners in CWP-2244-2017. This Court vide judgment dated 08.02.2024 passed in CWP-2244-2017 has settled the issue.

Mr. Sankalp Sagar submits that matter is under consideration and grievance of the petitioner would be addressed within 8 weeks from today.
