Petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 74 of 2024 arising out of Dumka (T) P.S. Case No. 181 of 2009, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 323 and 324 of the I.P.C. and charge has been framed under Sections 148, 302/149, 323/149 and 324/149 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Dumka. 3. On 06.09.2009, at about 10:00 A.M., petitioner alongwith co-accused persons attacked the house of the informant and assaulted him and his family members, due to which, son of the informant namely Rajendra Sharma succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioners. It was further submitted that co-accused Janki Devi and Bichho Devi have been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 1219 of 2025 and the case of the petitioners stands on similar footing. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Dumka in connection with S.T.
