The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 324 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 117(2), 109(2), 126, 127(2), 352, 351(2)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Koderma. On 22.11.2024 at about 3:30 P.M., free fight ensued between the family members of the informant and the accused persons, due to land dispute. It was submitted that there is general allegation against 12 accused persons. It was further submitted that this case was registered after 14 days from the date of occurrence. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Koderma, in connection with Telaiya P.S.
