The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mandar P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 3(5), 303(2), 308(3), 308 308(5), 351(2) and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in light of the statement of the informant made in G.R. No. 3058 of 2025, in which, the trial of the co-accused has been split up, anticipatory bail may kindly be granted.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that the petitioner has to move before the learned court.

In light of Annexure-2 series, this petition is being disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to move before the learned court by way of filing regular bail application.

It is made clear that if the regular bail application is filed before the learned court, the learned trial court will decide the same in accordance with law without prejudice to this order.
