The present Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: “…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not considering and disposing of the F-Line application of the petitioner vide Transaction ID TAFSNV012500857627, dated 05.11.2025, for conducting survey in Sy.No.9/llA, extent Ac.1-19 cents, situated at Shettipalli Village, Gudupalli Mandal, Chittoor District, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the respondents to conduct the field survey and demarcation of the petitioners land within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon’ble Court and pass such other order or orders….” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner also made F-line application by paying requisite fee with a request to conduct survey and fix the boundaries of his W.P. No.33910 of 2025 Date of order:08.12.2025 -4- land and notice also issued to the concerned persons, however, the same was not concluded. 4. Both the learned counsel submit that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order passed by learned single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.2674 of 2020, dated 19.02.2020. 5. Considering the above submissions, the Writ Petition also stands disposed of, in terms of the order in W.P.No.2674 of 2020, dated 19.02.2020, directing the respondents to take a decision in terms of Section 10 (1) of Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and communicate the same to the petitioner provided under Section 10 (2) of the said Act, within one (01) month from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 6.
