03/ 06.11.2025: At the outset learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 has died and in view of that this petition has become infructuous so far petitioner no.1 is concerned.

In view of such submission, this petition is surviving only with regard to petitioner nos. 2 and 3.
3. The present petition has been filed for quashing of entire criminal proceeding including order dated 28.11.2018 whereby charge has been framed against the petitioners in connection with R.C. 04(S)/14-EOW-R, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C-XVIII, Ranchi.

Learned counsel for the C.B.I submits that seven witnesses have been examined by the prosecution and in view of that Mr. Gopal K. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to take all the grounds in trial as the trial has proceeded.

Learned counsels for the C.B.I and Bank have got no
