When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint with the same contents a case in Crime No.273 of 2023 under Sections 342, 384, 506 r/w 34 of IPC was registered by the Rayachoti Police Station, Annamayya District on 03.06.2023. He would further submit that the petitioner visited the police station with the FIR copy of the Rayachoti police station and informed the incident but did not lodge any complaint at the respondent No.4-police station. After observing the facts, the respondent No.4 contacted the Rayachoti police and asked them for quick investigation. He would further submit that the entire incident occurred in the limits of Rayachoti P.S., and they have taken action by registering the FIR. 4 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
