Mr. Rajiv Verma, Sr. DAG, Punjab. **** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 483 Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 (Earlier Section 439 Cr.P.C) to grant regular Bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 6 dated 23.01.2025 under sections 22, 27-A, 61 (section 29 added later on) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at police station, Tibber, District Gurdaspur, (Annexure P-1), keeping in view the facts and circumstances mentioned in the present petition. Learned State Counsel submits that cancellation report has been filed in the present FIR as the substance which were recovered does not fall under the The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted concession of bail from lower Court. In view of the above submissions, the petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
