Case No. 27 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1202 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 69, 126(2), 115(2), 74, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and charge has been framed under Sections 69, 64(2)(m), 126(2), 115(2), 352 and 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dhanbad. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a major lady, aged about 19 years. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dhanbad in connection with S.T.
