The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sudamdih P.S. Case No. 55/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a) & 26 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Smt. Sama Roshini Kullu, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. On 25.06.2025 at about 10 A.M., Jorapokhar police, on the basis of confidential information that unknown criminals have assembled near river side Sudamdih, Quarter No. M/397, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner. On search, a country made pistol was recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody for more than five months. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
