This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking removal of certain typographical errors in the order dated 09.12.2025 passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order inadvertently records the name of ‘Pratibha Industries Limited’, instead of ‘M/s RKC’ (who is the respondent no.4 in the present petition) in paragraphs 5 and 9(iii) of the said order. 2. Accordingly, the order dated 09.12.2025 is modified by substituting as under:- This is a digitally signed order. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 30/12/2025 at 14:54:44 (i) In paragraph 5 (page 5) : “the applicant (i.e. Pratibha Industries Limited)” with “the applicant (i.e. M/s RKC)”; and (ii) In paragraph 9(iii) (page 6): “the concerned agency (i.e. Pratibha Industries Ltd.)” with “the concerned agency (i.e. M/s RKC).” 3. Learned counsel for the Delhi Jal Board submits that the purport for issuing the show cause notice dated 23.06.2025, as set out in Paragraph-3 of the order dated 09.12.2025, was for a purpose other than what is mentioned therein. While taking on record the said submission, it is clarified that the same would not detract from the directions contained in Paragraph-9 of the order dated 09.12.2025. 4.
