Learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of arguments, apprehend that he will not get favourable order, at this stage, he wishes to withdraw the instant petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0044 dated 29.05.2023 under Section 304-B of IPC with alternative offence under Section 302 IPC (Later on charge has been amended u/s 304-B with the alternative offence u/s 302 IPC), registered at Police Station Jhunir, District Mansa and accordingly withdraws the same. In view of the statement, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly as well.
