ORDER The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 118(1), 296(b) and 351(3) of BNS, in connection with the case in Crime No.Not known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioner's appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioner.
