Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkatha P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sri Zaved Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. On 25.05.2024 at about 3.40 pm, there was some altercation between the accused persons and the informant party due to land dispute. There was free-fight in between the parties, in which, three persons from the informant side sustained injury. 4. It was submitted that there is case and counter case with regard to the same occurrence. It was further submitted that the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted two persons, who had sustained simple injury. It was finally submitted that two co-accused persons, namely, Banshi Mahto and Surjan Yadav @ Sujan Yadav have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court, vide A.B.A. No. 6452 of 2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Zaved Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh, or his successor, in connection with Barkatha P.S.
