Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. N. 674 of 2025 arising out of Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 191(2)/191(3)/190/115(2)/109/61(2)/326(f)/308(4)/111(2)/111(3) /111(4)/ 111(5)/111(6) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, section 27 of Arms Act and section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of learned A.J.C.- XI, Ranchi. 3. On 08.01.2025, 10-12 variously armed extremists came to the work site of the Informant and assaulted his staff members to enforce the demand of rangdari. They also set ablaze several vehicles which were parked there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of the co-accused. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co- accused persons have been granted bail by this court as well as by a coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XI, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
