1.
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner/respondent under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the Order dated 12.05.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.276 of 2016 in F.C.O.P.No.238 of 2014 on the file of learned Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam (for short, ‘the trial Court’). 2. Heard and perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, the Crl.M.P.No.276 of 2016 has been filed by the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 herein under Section 125(2) of Cr.P.C. seeking for interim maintenance. By impugned order dated 12.05.2016, the learned trial

Court allowed the maintenance petition by recording certain reasons. Against the said order, the petitioner herein preferred the present revision. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the main F.C.O.P.No.238 of 2014 was disposed on 13.08.2019. In support of this, a copy from the e-Courts website has been filed, which reflects that the said F.C.O.P.No.238 of 2014 was disposed on 13.08.2019 and it was dismissed on uncontest. 5. Recording the said submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and in view of the disposal of the F.C.O.P.No.238 of 2014 on 13.08.2019, this Court finds the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
