JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 10/10/2025 Learned counsel for the applicants after arguing for some- time wants to withdraw the present bail application, making a lim- ited prayer that the applicants be permitted to surrender them- selves before the concerned Trial Court, who may be directed to consider the plea of the applicants on the same date of making surrender. Learned Public Prosecutor has not objected the aforemen- tioned plea. Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances, and tak- ing note of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the [2025:RJ-JP:41286] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-11681/2025] applicants, however without commenting anything upon the mer- its/demerits of the case, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn; with a direction that the accused-applicants shall surrender themselves before the learned Trial Court concerned.
