Instant civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of the circular letters dated 21.09.2021, 22.11.2021, 06.12.2021, 11.01.2022, 19.01.2022 and 28.04.2022 (Annexures P-11 to P-16 respectively) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
