Heard Sri L.J.Veera Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner appeared virtually and Ms.D.V.R.Harshitha, learned counsel, representing Sri KalepuYashwanth, learned counsel for respondent no.5. 3. Sri L.J.Veera Reddy, learned counsel submitted that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the authorities had restored power supply and water supply. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition can be disposed of. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the authorities, if they desire to take steps for disconnection of water & power supply to the subject property, shall follow due process of law.
