The Court made the following ORDER:
1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction on part of the 4th respondent on the petitioner’s representations dated 20.12.2024 for mutation the petitioner name in revenue records and issuing of pattadar passbook and title deed in my favour by the land an extent of Ac1-21 cents out of Ac 3-68 cents in Sy,No. 7A of Agathavarappadu Village, Pedakakani Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of the principles of natural justices and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to incorporate the petitioner name by mutating name and issuing of pattadar passbook and title deed in favour of the petitioner in land revenue records for the petitioner said land and pass….”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted a representation/application dated 20.12.2024 in Form-6A before the respondent authorities under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records and issuance of Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deeds in respect of the subject land admeasuring an extent of Ac.1.21 cents out of Ac.3.68 cents in Survey No.7A of Agathavarappadu Village, Pedakakani Mandal, Guntur District. It is contended that, despite receipt of the said application, the respondent authorities have neither considered the petitioner’s request nor passed any orders or proceedings till date. Hence, the present writ petition.

On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, submits that the respondent authorities will consider the representation/application dated 20.12.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to consider the Form-6A application dated 20.12.2024, after issuing notice to the petitioner, other legal heirs, if any, and all other stakeholders, including persons claiming rights by way of tenancy, encroachment, or occupation, conduct a detailed enquiry, and thereafter pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
