The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Manika P.S. Case No. 46/2025, for the offences registered under Section 64(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Latehar. 3. On 07.01.2025, petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house of the informant and raped her. It is further alleged that on 21.04.2025, petitioner again caught hold hand of the informant, thereafter this case has been instituted. 4. It was submitted that this case has been instituted after delay of four months from the date of occurrence. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
