1. Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.222 dated 03.12.2024, registered under Sections 21 and 29 (added later on) NDPS Act, 1959, registered at Police Station City South, District Moga.
2. By virtue of order dated 01.04.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.
4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sirtaj Singh has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
