The Court made the following order:
The present appeal is filed aggrieved by order dated 04.04.2018, passed in OP No.370 of 2013, on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional District Judge, Ananthapuramu. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing it is represented by the counsel for the appellants that, the 1st respondent compromised the matter with the appellants in PLC No.3 of 2023, on the file of Mandal Legal Services Committee, Kalyandurg. It is further stated that, an amount of Rs.3,88,570/- was paid to the 1st respondent and accordingly, award dated 18.03.2023 was passed by the Mandal Legal Services Committee, Kalyandurg. Copy of the said award is placed on record.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present appeal and accordingly the same is closed.
