The present Criminal Miscellaneous application has been filed for modification of order dated 02.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15529 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to miscommunication of the order, the petitioners could not surrender before the Trial Court within the stipulated time granted by the aforesaid order. Counsel further submits that the petitioners are not responsible for the miscommunication, rather, it has taken place from the Advocate's side. Counsel also submits that for the wrong done by the Advocate, the client Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30428 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/2 ought not to suffer. 4. In light of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioners, the time period for surrender is hereby extended by four weeks from today. The rest of the conditions shall remain the same. 5. Accordingly, the present application is hereby disposed off, and the order dated 02.04.2025 is modified to the extent indicated above.
