In terms of the compliance affidavit, the judgment in question stands duly complied with and amount admissible to the petitioner under the judgment has been released in his favour. Learned Additional Advocate General has also placed on record a receipt from the petitioner in the sum of Rs.2500/- towards costs imposed in order dated 29.06.2026 passed in this application.
