Panchayat Area, Addanki Mandal, Markapuram Division, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh, without following law. 2. Heard Sri K.V.Aditya Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Krishna Praneeth, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. Sri K.V.Aditya Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that pursuant to the filing of the writ petition, the Barn House was already demolished and the same was done without issuing any notice though writ petition is pending and contended that he needs to file amendment application seeking damages. 4. This Court, in writ jurisdiction cannot adjudicate the damages caused for the petitioner.
The petitioner can avail other appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum. Giving liberty to the said effect, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________
