1. At the outset, learned counsel for both the parties would submit that dispute pertains to identification of land, in which, alleged wall is constructed by the plaintiff/appellant herein. They further submitted that they are ready to maintain status quo, if the trial Court is directed to decide the civil suit, within stipulated period fixed by this Court.
2. Having considered the aforesaid contentions of learned counsel for both the parties, this appeal is disposed of directing both the parties to maintain status quo as it exits today in respect of suit property and learned 4th District Judge, Bilaspur (C.G.) is directed to decide the Civil Suit No.24A/2024 as early as possible, within a period of six months from the date of receipt/submission of a copy of this order. Liberty is also left with both the parties to revive their prayer if occasion arises.

Learned counsel for both the parties are also directed to cooperate with the concerned trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case.
4. Accordingly, this miscellaneous appeal stands disposed of.
