Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 409, 420, 323 , 120( B ), 467 and 468 of IPC . 3 . As per the prosecution case , complainant alleged that this petitioner took Rs. 19,93,000/- from several persons in lieu of providing jobs in F.C.I. It is further alleged that after taking aforesaid amount, this petitioner has not provided any job and also refused to return the alleged amount. 4.
