In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 08th January, 2024 (Annexure-D) passed by the respondent No.3 in Case No.R.Mis:36/2019; inter alia sought for direction to the respondent No.4-Tahsildar to remove the name of the father of respondents 5 to 9 and enter the name of the petitioner in revenue records pertaining to the land in question. 3. Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submits that the petitioner is having efficacious remedy under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 to challenge the impugned order passed by the respondent No.3. 4. In that view of the matter, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, writ petition is disposed of.
