File No. 2899939, Dated 13-07-2025 without any reason and thereby disabling the Petitioner to participate in the APICET-2025 counselling, as being arbitrary, illegal, unwarranted and violative of Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondent authorities to permit the Petitioner institution to participate in the APICET - 2025 counselling and issue such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of case. Counsel for the Petitioner: SRI VIJAY MATHUKUMILLI Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HIGHER EDUCATION Counsel for the Respondents: K RADHIKA Counsel for the Respondents: CH.U.M.REDDY, SC For V.SIMHAPURI UNIVERSITY,NLR SRK, J WP No.21433 of 2025 3 The Court made the following ORDER: The present Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief. “…..to issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 1st respondent in not granting Extension of Approval, though 2nd respondent recommended and forwarded the case of the petitioner institution through E.File No.2899939, dated 13.07.2025 without any reason and thereby disabling the petitioner institution to participate in the APICET-2025 counselling, as being arbitrary, illegal, unwarranted and violative of Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent authorities to permit the petitioner institution to participate in the APICET-2025 counselling.” 2. This Court, on 20.08.2025, passed the following interim order. “………….. In the circumstances, 1st respondent is hereby directed to pass appropriate orders on the recommendation made by 2nd respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. List the matter after three (3) weeks.” 3. Subsequently, this Court, by an order dated 04.09.2025 passed in IA No.2 of 2025, directed respondent Nos.3 and 5 to SRK, J WP No.21433 of 2025 4 permit the petitioner institution to participate in the second and final phase of counseling for APICET-2025. 4. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner institution submits that the respondents have complied with the said interim orders, hence no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 5. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
