Bharat Babu, learned Counsel for the Contempt Petitioners and Smt. Lakshmi, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Gurram Ramachandra Rao, learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2. Smt. Lakshmi, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Gurram Ramachandra Rao, learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Finance dated 27.11.2025 seeking two months time to clear the bills. However, having regard to the nature of the bills, this Court is inclined to grant four weeks time for clearing the bills. All the Respondents are directed to complete the entire administrative process, Inter- departmental and Intra-departmental by way of mutual cooperation and coordinaton, within a period of three weeks from today and transfer the due amount to the account of the Petitioners within one week thereafter. Petitioners are directed to submit their bank details to the competent authority within one week from today for effective compliance. 4. With these observations and directions, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Petitioners are given liberty to restore this Contempt Case in the event of a default by the Respondents. 5.
