It has been prayed that the electricity line may be directed to be reconnected upon payment of the due amount. 4. The instant writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to pay the amount of Rs. 49,63,568/- and the Government duty as indicated in the final order of assessment dated 27th June, 2024. Within a period of one week of payment of the due amount, the electricity line shall be reconnected by CESC Limited. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of. 2 6.
