JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner and learned Senior counsel for the 2nd respondent and perused the material on record. 2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the present petition as well as I.A.2/2025 may be disposed of as withdrawn in view of the fact that the petitioner had already filed an application for bail before the trial court and by permitting the petitioner to prosecute the bail application, which may be considered by the trial court in accordance with law, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to take recourse to such other remedies as available in law including approaching this Court, if the occasion so arises including filing a fresh / new petition. The said submissions are placed on record. 3. Accordingly, the petition as well as I.A.2/2025 are disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:26761 CRL.P No. 10134 of 2025 to prosecute the pending bail application, which shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one week from the next date of hearing of the bail application before the trial court. Liberty is also reserved in favour of the petitioner to take recourse to such other remedies as available in law including filing of fresh / new petition seeking quashing of the FIR and / or any other reliefs as permissible in law.
