The petitioner has been made accused in connection with MGM (Mango) P.S. Case No. 62 of 2023, for the offence under Sections 324, 326, 307, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27 of the Arms Act, thereafter, cognizance taken under Sections 324, 326, 307, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri D.R. Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class at Jamshedpur. On 18.05.2023 at about 10:30 P.M., M.G.M. Mango police intercepted a vehicle bearing registration No. WB-19K-9741, loaded with bovine animals and two persons on a motorcycle were also apprehended. The accused persons are alleged to have fired at the informant party, due to which, one passerby got injured. It is alleged that the co-accused Niraj Kumar Singh @ Bhagna @ Niraj Singh and Rohit Gupta had fired upon the informant party, causing injuries. It was submitted that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. It was further submitted that co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by the Coordinate Benches of this Court. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri D.R. Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class at Jamshedpur, or his successor, in connection with MGM (Mango) P.S. Case No. 62 of 2023. (Ambuj Nath, J.) November 26, 2025 BS/-
