The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkagaon (Urimari) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 326, 307 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned J.M.,1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. On 27.02.2019, at about 06:45 P.M., six accused persons fired at the informant causing him injury on his leg. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused persons. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co- accused Mukesh Saw has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 9817 of 2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinaw Kumar, learned J.M.,1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Barkagaon (Urimari) P.S.
