1. Heard Smt. Sandhya U. Prabhu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. Lokesh K.V, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. In this writ petition the petitioner is assailing the Sale Notice dated 08.08.2022 (Annexure-C) issued by the respondent.
3. Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsels appearing for the respective parties, as the petitioner is required to avail the remedy by approaching the competent Tribunal, I am of the view that, no interference is called for, in this writ petition.
4. It is also to be noted that, in the event if, the petitioner approaches the competent Tribunal within six (06) weeks from the date receipt of this order, the interim order granted by this Court on 24.08.2022 shall be enured to the benefit of the petitioner for another six (06) weeks.
