Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 71 of 2025, S.T. Case No.353 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 109(1), 113(2), 118(2), 125, 308(3), 308(4) & 324 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Mrs. Sanjeeta Srivastava, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribagh.
On 20.03.2025, 2 to 3 persons of T.P.C. naxal organization went to the Urimari, New Birsa Project and demanded rangdari. To enforce the demand of rangdari, they set ablaze the payloader of the informant, which was parked there.
It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T. I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that co-accused Ranjan Ganjhu @ Rajan Ganjhu @ Rajnan Ganjhu has been granted bail by this Court earlier.
In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Mrs. Sanjeeta Srivastava, learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribagh, in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 71 of 2025, S.T. Case No.353 of 2025.
