JUDGMENT AND ORDER (ORAL)
1. This matter is squarely covered by the Judgment and Order dated 21.10.2021 rendered in WP(C) No. 218 of 2021.
2. As per the submissions of Mr. A.Momin, learned counsel vice Mr. S.Sen, learned Standing counsel for MTC, appropriate decision will be taken and the retirement benefits due to the petitioners will be released within 5(five) months from the date of this order. This undertaking is accepted.
